Established 60 years ago, Sheng’an Construction Group Co., Ltd. is for all the time engaging in optimization and adopting favorable management, pushing forward its corporate culture and improving its force and credit and has now developed into a large joint-stock enterprise group of general contractor of construction with six holding subsidiaries.
The company possesses its first grade qualification for petrochemical engineering, power engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering and constructional engineering. It has been granted with a number of professional contracting qualifications and technical license certificate. The company has passed the certifications of management system on quality, environment, occupational health and safety. The company has conducted the flat management system of clear procedures, specific task and duty, smooth communication, normalized management and effective assessment. The company has a staff of more than 500 people who are registered construction engineers, certified accountants, cost appraisers and safety engineers, and medium and senior engineering technicians in fields of organizational management and process operations of all projects within the qualification scope.
